  My wife and I went to Snooze to view their sale as we needed to buy a new bed. On our first visit we met Rocky who was helpful and not pushy at all. We decided to return the following week where we had more time. Rocky once again greeted us and had us try out the Snooze sleep testing machine where it profiled our sleeping styles and where our weight is most distributed. From here Rocky could provide recommendations and he then gave us an option as to where we would like to start and we decided to first evaluate a mid-range mattress. Rocky explained all the features and benefits in very easy to understand terms and also provided us with samples so we could feel and touch the materials inside. His knowledge was second to none. Moreover my wife and I could see his passion for the mattresses where he literally jumped on the bed to demonstrate just how sound it is and how it doesn’t disturb the partner sleeping on the other side of the mattress. Rocky was very honest and transparent with us throughout the whole encounter and it was through this process I knew I could trust his advice.
  It’s rare to encounter such a passionate yet mindful sales person who truly cares for his customer’s and product so much.
  We have purchased a kind size mattress and bed frame, will be recommending all of our friends and family to see Rocky if they need a bed and will be returning for any future beds we need to buy as long as we can deal with Rocky.
  He is great ambassador for Snooze and a true gentleman.

  We accompanied our son to the Auburn Snooze store to shop for his bed frame+mattress. Marlene, who helped us, was a perfect balance of providing information, encouraging us to try the right beds and giving us space to process the options before we made the decision. Absolutely made the bed shopping a breeze, thank you so much Marlene, for your patience and expertise. I wish more people enjoyed their job like you do, would make the world a better place!

  Thanks to Rocky and the team at Snooze Auburn for arranging the prompt delivery and installation of an adjustable electric bed for my mother who was unwell and being discharged from the hospital within a week. Rocky went out of his way to arrange the delivery of the bed within a week of purchase. If it wasn't for his efforts, we were looking at a wait time of up to 2 months. The compassion and dedication to care for people has been clearly demonstrated and much appreciated. Thank you!

  We visited back in April 2021, as we were looking for beds for our three girls. We were greeted by Marlene, who was nothing short of amazing! The way she was able to offer different options, speaking with our girls to see what they liked, we could tell that she took a genuine interest. We left feeling happy and comfortable, that each purchase will be perfect for the years to come. I'm sure all staff in the store are wonderful, but if you happen to get Marlene, you will be glad you did! We look forward to visiting again, and will continue to recommend you.

  We went to Snooze Auburn to look for a comfy bed for our new home and we were so fortunate to be assisted by Rocky. We never knew that choosing a right mattress would involve such a dedicated process, but Rocky went above and beyond to help us choosing the right one and explained us on what to look for when buying mattresses. He also took us through a wide range of options and explained the differences between them.
  Rocky also advised us on how to maintain our mattress in order to preserve its long lasting quality and comfiness.
  We are very happy with our purchase.
