- fatima ibrahim Added May 15, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst coffee experience , was given an off coffee and instead of being met with an apology and refund , I received the worst customer service. Apparently iced coffee is suopossed to taste off hahaha . I was treated as a lier and even when I asked them to try the drink to see it was off they refused to for "hygiene" reasons . What a joke . On top of that this Gloria jeans is so corrupt they purposely turn off the iPad so u get no points on your rewards card . And their excuse is always the machine is broken . What a load of rubbish will be complaining to government services
