    Visited the store lately and asked about the buy 1 get 1 free offer. Contacted one of the ladies and she explained the different types of leathers. We were looking at Lucas soda and she told us about Lucia n Lawson, when we asked about the prices, she kept agreeing to what was advertised under my freedom price. The whole time she never once mentioned that the buy 1 get 1 offer was valid on the full price. What a disappointment it was. To add to the confusion were the different prices they had for the same product, how unfreedom like!! The sales lady also kept talking too fast we had to ask her to slow down couple of times. Hoped for a better experience than this!

    I placed an order online for a light bulb which came in completely smashed (it wasn't packed properly but the other item came in okay). I was directed to contact this store for a refund but it's been a month now and they still haven't processed it. Absolutely disappointing.
