I had a voucher emailed to me as a gift and when I went to use it, I was totally ****ed around and told every excuse under the sun as to why it isn't working.
I eventually got fed up after listening to the manager at the store and some idiot in the call centre tell me two different things.
They then said that I will need to scan my driver's licence and email it to some random in the accounts department to verify my gift voucher!
Yeah right, as if I would do that! How about they all send me a copy of their licence and bank details as well?
****ing Idiots.
After all that, I then told them to shove their voucher and to refund the purchaser. And hooray, after a couple of weeks the money was refunded!
