- Eva Sarah Added November 23, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been going to this clinic for about 2 years and they've failed to deliver on their services in the last 6-8 months. I pre purchased 4 full body laser sessions before the July 2021 lockdowns and their clinic has been constantly closed since the lockdown. I've been trying to get a refund but I am directed to send an email when I call and no one is replying to my requests after numerous attempts. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

- Kabisha Hafeez Added November 08, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely disgusted by the rudeness of staff member Hanan. Ive waited on several occasions for my appointment 10-15 mins. First time I was 10 mins late i apologised ran into the clinic waited a few mins to be served while Hanan was on the phn. She then proceeded to tell me she couldn't do my treatment as her next appointment was a whole hour later. My treatment has only ever taken 45 mins on all previous occasions. She said I was screaming at her and thats why she was now refusing my treatment. Utter garbage from a lazy employee. Ive had several staff dealings at this clinic before that have been great experiences for me and lovely people to deal with. This specific staff member has a lot to learn and should definitely not be left in a clinic on her own to deal with clients. Very disappointed I waited weeks for this appointment to receive this treatment.

Very professional staff extremely friendly. I had never had an issue from them, they always gave me and everybody I know a 10/10 service !
I always use the staff member hannan as she always dose my laser correctly also very friendly and kind.
