  Similar experience with the review by Rajani. We ordered a lounge 23 October 2021 and it hasn’t been delivered! We were patiently waiting for the 20weeks mark which we foolish enough to believe. Then the ‘pushing tactic’ started. They would tell you that the ETA of delivery is next week and then on that day they will tell you it would take another week (only if you call and ask). When asked where the product is, the customer service staff had no clue and saying they can’t do anything. It’s now almost 6 months for us to wait for a lounge with a fairly large amount of deposit. Very poor service! Be careful when you want to buy from them. It can cost you more money and time than you could imagine!

  The most horrible experience in buying my sofa set. I have placed the order in November 2021, until now, I have not received the sofa. We have been given 4 delivery dates and Nick Scali Auburn defaulted on everyone of the delivery ETA. I was told that the shipping company is unable to give them an accurate ETA.
  
  Apparently, every time we called them they said that the sofa is in transit in a shipping container, I don't know if they are lying or being told by their managers to read a lame script. The manager I spoke to was standoffish and said I have signed the contract and if you cancel the order you will lose your down payment. She also said that she gets a lot of calls from customers like that.
  
  If Nick Scali is aware of Supply Chain issues, they should not promote super sales and reduce the price of their goods. They are misleading the consumers and locking them into a sale contract, knowing that there are supply chain issues. Or they should only take down payments when the goods arrive in the port. Or they should be very honest and say you will get your goods delivered in 8 months. Be honest. I will never ever buy anything from Nick Scalia again.

  I’d just like to express my disappointment in your recruitment process.
  I was contacted in the first place to have an opportunity to work at nick scali.
  I was told that I would receive a phone call at 10am the following day.
  I had to send an email at 11:15am to see weather the phone call was still happening or not.
  I was then asked if I wanted to have an interview with the store manager and how far I was willing to drive for the job.
  I said I didn’t mind to drive for like half an hour.
  I was called again in the afternoon to be told to go for an interview and the job was 45 minute drive from where I live.
  I said that it was too far for me and was told that maybe there might have been a chance for me to work at a store closer.
  As today I never heard anything from anyone.
  What is the point to contact someone and get someone hopes up for a new opportunity and then disappear?

  Beware of the delivery times quoted .. the sales guys would generally say the exact time is not available yet and would say the exact times would be known sometime in the next 2 months .. and then when the sale is about to be finalised, they would mention 14 to 16 weeks .. which is actually 4 months .. though they would mention this figure in weeks so that the buyer is not alarmed by the long leading time .. also they would stress more on the 2 month period to check on the expected ETA .. so that way the buyer is left with an impression that the delivery would be in around 2 months time. Quite a dodgy Sales Culture there .. just be aware.

  I wish I can give minus stats , I am waiting for my furniture ordered with a deposit given in Jan 2022 and I am still waiting on it , ringing the store and getting different answers all the times. No customer service at all , this store have no time to ring the customer and advice them about the delay , I think six months is a long time to build and ship the goods. I have function at my home in first weak of July and now I have to hire furniture , thanks to Nick Scali , God Bless you for giving wrong dates after taking customer money.

  Great service in store. I found the quality of the products there to be of very high standards even if they were made in the PRC (aka CHINA) compared to many other stores. The delivery and installation service were also friendly and professional. Highly recommended to visit - when they have a sale.
